Submit client name and initial requirements to TensorLab before connecting. We will confirm via email/text and reserve them for you.
Connect
Introduce the client. Choose your involvement level, from making the connection to participating in closing. We agree on the commission rate upfront.
Earn commission
Every time the client completes a milestone payment, receive your commission within 15 days.
Three Partnership Tiers
The commission tier depends on your involvement in the deal. The same person can participate at different levels for different deals.
7–9%
You connect the client to TensorLab. We take care of all the rest: consultation, quoting, closing, and delivery.
10–12%
You connect the client and participate in consultation meetings, demos, or negotiations. TensorLab designs the solution and closes the contract.
13–15%
You handle consulting, pricing, and close the client yourself. TensorLab signs and delivers. Quotes and technical commitments must be pre-approved by TensorLab before closing.

A clear basis for commission
We agree on the rate when you register a client. Commission follows actual client payments and is paid by milestone.
Confirmed referral rights
Register the client before connecting. TensorLab confirms and reserves your referral rights for 60 days, with extensions for active interactions under the terms below.
Choose your level of involvement
At the introduction level, you connect the client; TensorLab handles consultation, pricing, contracts, and delivery.
Basis & Payment
- Commission calculated on actual client payments (pre-VAT), not signed contract values.
- Commission amount is pre-tax; TensorLab deducts personal income tax according to regulations before payout.
- Milestone-based projects pay out accordingly, within 15 days of TensorLab receiving full payment for that milestone.
Registration & Reservation
- Referral partner submits info before connecting. TensorLab confirms via email/message, reserves client for 60 days, and agrees on commission rate.
- Reservation auto-extends for 60 days if active interactions continue (e.g., consultation meetings, demos, or proposals in the period).
- During reservation, commission rights remain intact even if client reaches out directly or is referred by another party.
- If two partners register the same client, priority goes to the first registration (based on confirmation timestamp).
Scope & Duration
- Commission rights apply to the first contract and its amendments/extensions signed within 12 months of the initial signing.
- New projects after the 12-month mark are treated as new leads — you can register again if you remain the connector.
Project Termination
- If the client cancels or stops paying, commission on unpaid milestones does not accrue.
- Paid commissions on subsequently refunded amounts will be deducted from next payouts; if none exist, both sides agree on a reasonable refund method.
